Visiting someone at Jasper Grove.

Seeing someone you love in treatment matters, for you and for them. Here's when you can visit, where to park, and how to pick up belongings, so the day itself is one less thing to figure out.

Visiting hours

Visiting hours are Fridays, 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.

Approved visitors may visit on Fridays from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Patients may request a visit after their first seven days here. Visits are scheduled through the patient's counselor. Every visitor must be approved and have a valid Release of Information authorization on file, and patients may also coordinate their approved visitors with their counselor.

Visits aren't the only way families take part. With your loved one's written permission, families can take part in treatment through family therapy and a Family Day arranged around the treatment plan. See family programming

Privacy

Privacy comes first.

Federal privacy law protects every patient's treatment information. Before our team can talk with you about your loved one's care, your loved one needs to give written permission. Without it, we can't confirm whether someone is in our care.

The simplest step is to talk with your loved one about visiting. If you have questions, call admissions at (317) 527-4529.
