Nicole Carter is the Chief Executive Officer of Jasper Grove Recovery in Indianapolis, IN, a healthcare executive and human resources leader with more than 20 years of experience in high-level management, organizational development, and workforce leadership. For the past seven years she has worked in addiction treatment, holding executive and regional leadership roles serving people affected by substance use disorders. Nicole's particular strength is opening new treatment programs and facilities from the ground up, leading site startups through every phase of growth. Her approach to operations, staffing, and organizational development focuses on building programs that are clinically sound and operationally stable. She is well versed in federal and state regulations, accreditation standards, quality control, and compliance, and is recognized for building high-performing teams and cultures of accountability. Darius Brannon

Clinical Director · MSEd, LCAC, LICDC

Darius Brannon, MSEd, LCAC, LICDC, is the Clinical Director at Jasper Grove Recovery in Indianapolis, IN, where he oversees clinical programming and the therapists who deliver it. Before entering behavioral health he spent fourteen years in law enforcement with the Gary and Cincinnati police departments. He is a person in long-term recovery with more than a decade of sobriety, speaks at recovery events, and has appeared in two public service announcements. Outside of work, Darius and his wife have four adult children and grandchildren between them.

Mileaka Parran

Human Resources Business Partner · MA, MBA, MSHRM, PHR

Mileaka Parran, MA, MBA, MSHRM, PHR, is the Human Resources Business Partner at Jasper Grove Recovery in Indianapolis, IN, with more than 20 years of human resources experience. Ronald D. Williams

Ronald D. Williams, MS, CADC, LCAC, is the Compliance Manager at Jasper Grove Recovery in Indianapolis, IN, a licensed clinician and behavioral health executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience across addiction treatment, mental health, crisis services, and quality improvement. At Jasper Grove he oversees compliance initiatives, quality standards, risk management, and regulatory adherence, helping the facility deliver safe and ethical care. Before joining Jasper Grove, Ronald served as National Vice President of Operations for Aware Recovery Care, leading operations across multiple states; as Director of Outpatient Services at Bloomington Meadows Hospital; and as Director of Addictions Services at Infinity Wellness Center. He has also held executive roles in community mental health, including Chief Clinical Officer and Chief Crisis Services Officer. His expertise spans accreditation readiness, policy development, quality assurance, and staff development, including CARF accreditation preparation and organization-wide performance improvement. Ronald is known for a collaborative leadership style and a career built on improving outcomes for individuals, families, and communities.
